We’re looking for engineer recommendations. We need to replace our main beam in the cellar and in the process of looking at what we can do with the floor (currently a rat slab). We also get water down there after heavy rains and want to look into what is causing the problem and what our options are for pouring a new floor. Anyway, looking for anyone who’s had a good experience with an engineer recently.
