Looking for Architect for friend who has flood damage in Neponsit (rockaways)

Hi. I have a friend who had her entire basement flooded and a few feet of her ground floor. She is looking for an architect to work on the remediation.  I’m actually an architect, but I primarily do commercial work and she has a stand alone house…not really my expertise.  Hoping to get some honest recommendations for her.  Thanks.
