Expired Temporary Certificate of Occupancy-DOB Website

I think I figured this out. The PDF on BIS appears to contain the temporary first and then the final after.

The DOB website lists my building (purchase years ago) with only an expired temporary certificate of occupancy “pending electrical signoff.” Is it possible that the final c of o is just not on the site? How can I determine whether the final was ever granted? Should this have been documented in the original closing paperwork? I’ve had insurance all this time and have refinanced my mortgage several times since purchase. Wouldn’t this indicate a final certificate was issued? Is there a way to find out without going to the DOB? If not, is this something an expiditor would handle? Thanks in advance.
