Locating the source of water leaks

My brick and brownstone building (4 floors) has leaks at two points that I can’t figure out. One if a leak in the roof of the basement (the panels are wet and there are no pipe around it) and the second is more recent but water coming through a wall in the front of the house by a window –but not part of the window–the window is sealed. Any recommendations on who could figure out my leak problems for me and potentially fix?   Thanks
