We are completing a full renovation on a 2-family brownstone in Bed-Stuy including adding/removing light fixtures and wiring. Our electrician has only pulled permits for the Basement Electrical Panel. While the panels are being changed out as well, we were concerned that permits may need to be pulled on other work being done in the house. Has anyone else had to pull electrical permits for renovations? If so, do permits need to be pulled on all the work in the house or just electrical panels? I am a at a loss on this and really just want to avoid a DOB stop work order for improper permitting. Thanks!

I think that’s ok. The panel application covers everything connected to it.
