Electrician for boiler or new boiler?

It seems that we have an electric problem with our boiler (gas).  If possible we would like to try to repair it to avoid the expense of a new boiler.  Does anyone have any recommendations for someone that could help us?   Also, we are trying to get an idea of the cost for a new gas boiler for a 4 floor limestone.  Any recommendations if we are to change the boiler?

My guess is that boiler repair and service is done by a plumber, not by an electrician. The good part is that the plumber once he??s there can also tell you about options for replacement.

You need a plumber.  The only thing an electrician would do is connect the electrical wiring to the panel circuit.
