Townhouse Security: smart lock and video intercom?

I am thinking of installing a “smart lock” (programmable keypad, such as the Kevo by Kwikset) and video intercom buzzer system. Has anyone used the Kevo? Can you recommend an installer for both things? Would the installer be the same person or are these different trades? Thanks, Jen KG

Get the Schlage, which has a keypad and you can install it in a couple minutes yourself.
