Slave Theater protest

something just went down at the Slave Theater on Fulton. Not sure if the guy on the awning was protesting, or if he was there up for another reason. The crowd seemed to sympathise with him and was cheering him on occasionally. The Police presence was intense. After a while he surrendered.
