Seeking a Master Electrician

I’m in need of a Master Electrician to add a few add’l lines to the circuit box and assess the possibility of increasing the load in some existing lines (forgive potentially inaccurate terminology, please). I am fairly certain this would not require permits, but would still prefer an expert when fiddling with electricity. Any recos welcome. – MGE
