Replace spiral staircase with regular stairs?

Hi all, We are strongly considering replacing our extremely steep and narrow spiral staircase with a regular staircase. Feasibility isn’t an issue (we have just enough space), but does anyone have any estimate for roughly how much we should be budgeting for this? Is there any way to do this for a reasonable amount of money? Thanks!!

why can’t the spamming ESL contractors ever answer a question instead of just saying i can show up and nail with a hammer? me have tool and two hands. great, thanks.
