I am looking at prospective Brooklyn neighborhoods in which to purchase a house. Any info on Prospect Lefferts Gardens … particularly close to the park?    I will be exploring the area but would appreciate any first-hand info any member might share … safety of neighborhood, services, water/sewer issues etc. Thanks.
