Need a Structural Engineer for a very small job in Brooklyn - any suggestions?

I have a small job upcoming for my house and the DOB requires that I get structural engineer for the full approval. To be more specific: We are pushing out the 2nd floor to line up with the first floor (9 feet by 16 feet) in the front of the house. There will be no foundation, underpinning, earthwork on this project. We are only building on top of the existing one story in the front. We only need structural design and TR1 only for 2nd story. If anyone can recommend someone who is cheap and willing to do the job, please me know. This project is near Dyker Heights / Bay Ridge. Thank you.
