Management Company Recco for 4 family Townhouse in Ft. Greene?

Hello, I’m the owner of an owner occupied 4 family townhouse in Ft. Greene. Three units are rented and we live in the 4th unit. The building was gut renovated in 2010 so maintenance is minor – the occasional burned out light bulb in the hallway, taking out the garbage, shoveling snow, etc. The tenants are great. For a number of reasons, we’re looking at a move outside of the city. Our plan is to keep the building as a rental and rent all units in the building. Can anyone recommend a management company that could take on a smaller property? And what is the going rate? Thank you,

Try Patrick DeVerteuil 718-309-3934 he looks after a few buildings in Fort Greene, S. Oxford St, Carlton Ave, Fort Greene Pl etc. He is very good with maintenance & repairs and especially turning vacant apartments around quickly; paint clean etc.

I pay $400/mo – 3600 sq ft 4 story; 4BR duplex over 5BR duplex. Pretty reliable guy, approx once every two months, tenants contact me bc he did not respond to (non-urgent) text, then I call him, he addresses issue(s). Snow removal is extra, per occurrence.
