Hatch replacement

Hi- I am looking to replace my old metal roof hatch with an new, easier one. Can someone make a recommendation how to go about it? Where to see options for hatches etc? Thanks!

Google “floor hatches” There are many types of flat hatches now out there. wbdoors.com makes some really nice ones.
