feedback:Mazgan cooling & Heating installing mini splits

I did use him. you can call me at home if you’d like to know how it went. it’s a land line so no texting. I’m in and out so just keep trying me. I’m around almost all day Friday. busy all weekend so you won’t reach me then. Next week is fine too. if you don’t wish to,call me, all I can say it was a mixed bag overall. I could give you more details and tell you wht to look out for with him but just don’t have the time to type it all out in an email. MMvH

I wonder if anyone has used Mazgan to install a mini split system in their historic row house? I am planning to have 2 units with 1 heat pump (in the back yard) installed by him in a rental garden apt. He is very confident of his company’s skills and performance but he’s not as good as he professes about returning phone calls. And, the office number listed on his card is a private residence who doesn’t know who he is. This makes me nervous. Is he a legitimate company? Is he careful when he opens the wall for the installation? Does the job look neatly and professionally done? Is he careful? Does he complete the project on time with no unforeseen expenses?
