I have to add a strong recommendation for Alan Riback at Electrical Security. We’ve been using him exclusively to do electrical for mini-split air conditioning installations for all of our brownstone/townhouse clients. and also, I have had to work with Ceriello in the past as some of my customers use them (and only them) and I was quite impressed with the care that their employee did around my newly installed woodwork. they have a lot of experience in Brownstones. Tom’s prices will be a little less. and he is a smaller company and you will deal with the owner all the time. that comes with pluses and minuses. Steve
