Chinese bilingual Architect needed

I agree with MP, or at least what he seems to be implying. You HAVE to be able to speak with your GC directly, even if you have an architect. Your architect MUST also be able to speak with your GC. The three of you have to be able to talk together. Whether you can communicate easily with the crew is another matter. But you do not want your renovation lost in translation.

Help me understand this. You’re trying to hire an architect to accommodate a Chinese contractor that you, evidently, just have to have.
