Chinese bilingual Architect needed

hi – looking for an architect who is Chinese bilingual to communicate with me (in English) and a predominantly Chinese speaking construction team. If you have experience renovating brownstones please let me know if you are available. I am looking at brownstones in BK. thx

I agree with MP, or at least what he seems to be implying. You HAVE to be able to speak with your GC directly, even if you have an architect. Your architect MUST also be able to speak with your GC. The three of you have to be able to talk together. Whether you can communicate easily with the crew is another matter. But you do not want your renovation lost in translation.

Call Tommy. he is a contractor and very good. He remodeled my friend’s apartment in Cadman and did an excellent job. 646-438-3589 I know he speaks Cantonese. not sure about Mandarin
