Brownstoner meetup?

As the title says- have folks on these forums ever done any sort of formalized meetup? I posted my email address on here a few times and have had more than a handful of people email me looking for advice on all kinds of things renovation-related. When my husband and I first started our project, we were those people emailing random folks from blogs and websites looking for not only general guidance, but also some sort of a support system for the insanity that is home renovation in Brooklyn. These boards are incredibly helpful, but sometimes I think it would be nice to just have someone to shoot the “stuff” with about these projects, as well as share ideas/references/experiences. Would anyone here be interested in a meetup? I would be happy to organize a happy-hour or some such thing. Mods- please let me know if this is somehow against the rules or delete at will!
