Basement Renovation recommendation: Rosul Contracting

I read a positive basement renovation post on here about Rosul Contracting Corp and blindly hired them to finish my basement and I wanted to recommend them further. They broke up and leveled my cement floor, put in a new staircase so you don’t have to duck to go up and down them, added a tiled bathroom, moved all of plumbing pipes and drywalled the whole place, added recessed lights…etc. It looks great. They finished ahead of schedule (it only took 3.5 weeks) and stayed on budget, and they did a good job! And Mr. Rosul is a nice guy with a nice team who worked 6 days a week. So for all that I recommend them. As mentioned in the post i read before i hired them, their finishes are not great and occasionally sloppy (tiling was a little wacky) — but that doesn’t seem very unusual. And the price was right. Unlike most contractors I’ve dealt with, I’m would hire Rosul again. (718) 436 2938\. Thanks Muhammad!
