b3-2 zoned - demo and ground up as 4 family? what is process?

B3-2? There’s no such thing as B zones. Are you sure it’s not R3-2? If it’s R3-2 then it’s easy to build a new residential building. The only question is how big and how many families. The answer to that will depend upon lot size. R3-2 is a relatively low density residential zone, intended for 1 & 2 family houses. Unless the lot is pretty big, it may be hard to get more than one or two families.

Hi I own a property in kings county that is zoned as b3-2\. Has anyone converted it into a 4 family. I would like to demolish my old house and build a new condo. Thanks
