542 St Marks Apartments

Hi Everyone, Does anyone have any background info on the 542 St Marks (Crown Heights) Apartments? I see that they’re back on the market after 2 years, I understand that there was legal action against the previous developers… Any help would be much appreciated…. Lenny : )

They have great asking prices I’m not sure why there isn’t any movement on the units.  I’m considering making an offer but I don’t want to be the one and only.  I like the open loft concept with the **mezzanine over looking the living area. **

The developer had some really ugly issues with its venture capital investors with regards to stealing and not properly allocating the vested funds accordingly to the project as expected. There was a breach in contract.
