203K Contractor

Hi Folks, Can anyone recommend a 203K Contractor for a small renovation? It will likely be between $30,000 and $50,000\. Most of the good contractors I’ve found are only interested in the larger projects. Eventually we’ll have a larger project, so hopefully we’ll have a good relationship with the contractor and can complete additional work in the future. I appreciate your recommendations!

Hi- Congrats on the house buying. I’m on the tail end of a 203K project with a limited budget. My contractor would probably be interested in your project- although I can only half heartedly recommend him. You can also ask your 203K consultant for names- he’s not supposed to recommend anyone but if you ask nicely, he can tell you who’s good and bad with 203K projects.
