I’m looking for a contractor to work on multiple smaller projects (skylight replacement, new exterior door, garden paving). Does anyone have a recommendation for a reliable, good-value contractor or experienced handyman? Thanks

  1. Don’t let a handyman replace a skylight. The cost of water damage is great enough that it’s worth the premium to pay a pro to do it. Call a roofer.

  2. I’m sure Innovation Construction does garden paving. not sure about skylights. but give them a call. 718-666-7679

  3. Chris Mischler aka Chris of All Trades is great. He did a lot of handywork for us when we moved into our place, from hanging shelves, to weather stripping, to rehabbing our front window shutters, among many other things. He is neat, organized and very friendly!

He often only takes work in the areas in or surrounding Prospect Heights. Not sure where you’re located, but if you’re close to that area you should give him a call.

    His number is 917-280-8340
