Don’t let a handyman replace a skylight. The cost of water damage is great enough that it’s worth the premium to pay a pro to do it. Call a roofer.

Chris Mischler aka Chris of All Trades is great. He did a lot of handywork for us when we moved into our place, from hanging shelves, to weather stripping, to rehabbing our front window shutters, among many other things. He is neat, organized and very friendly!
