I got a crazy-high bid from them after I got ahold of them. They must already have enough work and not want new business.
They did the same thing to me. Move on to someone who wants work.
I will second on not giving up on Transcend. They have done a few jobs for us and will use them again.

I had the same problem, and after 3 calls I crossed them off my list.
