Kitchen/Bathroom Reno
hi all- does anyone have a good contact for a somewhat inexpensive or reasonable contractor to gut reno my kitchen/bathroom (subfloor, ceilings, framing, rock, coating, trim, plumbing, appliance install etc). it’s a fairly simple job…nothing really hi end or custom…all stock cabs, existing appliances.

Bernie Belkin of CBS construction is currently doing my kitchen in Brooklyn Heights. he said 2 weeks and it will be 2 weeks- the same two guys in every day. It didnt’ cost any more than what he told me. I did all the shopping for tiles, floors, cabinets myself. Plus, he has a wood shop so he made the oors and shelves for a new pantry himself. Def recommend them

Mr. Patrick renovated my house last year when I first moved in. After a neighbor’s recommendation we gave him a call and he did a magnificant job. The work included bathroom/kitchen repair, painting, plastering, tiling…a failry big project with a beautiful ending.
