I own a 4-story building and am in desperate need of a cleaning service to clean the common areas (vestibule, stairs, hallways, etc.) Can anyone recommend one?

The first locations you should place them are on the end caps and poles lining your main aisles. Customers are bound to see retail signage in these locations because regardless of what they are looking for, they will have to walk down these main aisles to find it. And, in looking, they will ultimately look up to see the signage you have strategically placed.
You can also use label holders to direct customers and make the prices of your products stand out. While these uses may not draw a lot of attention to store fixtures, customers appreciate when a business makes it easy to find prices and locations of products. Their appreciation will be reflected in the fact that they will regularly return to you for business.
