MEP Proposal Question

A little asstance please. I need to do some mechanical work as part of a brownstone renovation project. The work is primarily adding a HVAC system (cooling only) to a three story house. The specific system is not decided (ducted,ductless,etc). There may be some plumbing work as well with moving the main house trap and some reworking of basement level piping for new bathrooms above. Curious if someone on the MEP engineering side can give a sense of what might be a reasonable $ allowance for their services as part of a full architectural, MEP, structural proposal. I’m just trying to get a budget amount as a placeholder for this scope.
