Spotted this morning: construction workers doing site prep and putting up a new construction fence at 125 Flatbush Avenue Extension, the future site of a hotel. The developers announced they’d build a 117-room hotel from a “well-known national brand” this spring. Then the DOB approved plans for 13 stories and 116 rooms in late October. The architects are Stonehill & Taylor, who have many hotel designs under their belt.
