There’s no shortage of interest in 205 Water Street, according to an article today in The Brooklyn Eagle. The paper reports that Toll Brothers has already been contacted by 1,100 people interested in getting the first look at the 65-unit condo project when it open for sales later this month. (We already got a look inside last week.) “It’s a small neighborhood but there’s a lot of pentup demand,” said Toll’s Brooklyn guru David Von Spreckelsen. Toll is also betting that the building’s anticipated LEED Gold status will be a draw for buyers.
