There still aren’t any listings up for Hello Living’s Dakota at 904 Pacific, which as far as we know is still tangled up in legal troubles. But we did see some minor exterior work being done the other day. A nice reminder that the building still exists. Wonder what’s going on with it…GMAP

“Austrian investos are in full control” is not good news. They are the ones that are looking only at the bottom line for them.
It’s a sweet building… people who have actually looked know this. Legal troubles are totally resolved. Austrian investors are in full control and heavy renovation is taking place on the interior and exterior
