Sidewalk Covering A Few Days Late

No, Patti Hagan was the person who attempted to deny homeless mothers and their children temporary shelter as they escaped domestic violence. Sorry for my mishap.
Not going to be able to squeeze that one in today…
Sorry Mr. Anonymous but Patti Hagan wasn’t the person who promised he would provide jobs to the surrounding community. Why don’t you take your Patti-bashing obsessions to some other forum.
Shouldn’t these outside laborers be wearing hard hats? What kind of operation is Ratner running here?
We absolutely were a lackey when we worked on Wall Street. That’s part of the reason we disliked it so much…As for these guys, obviously we’re using the term loosely here and with a certain attempt at playfulness.
i’m going to interpret this post based upon the later, 1588 definition, as this is the one that saturates the current understanding of the word. i’d replace “lackey” with “working men.”
Brownstoner-I’m sorry- I didn’t realize guy with a job was a “lackey”. Why blame or impugn them for doing their job? And why distract from the real problem here- Ratner? You used to work in finance, if I remember correctly- what were you then? A moneygrubber? A wall Street lackey? Think before you write.
and who says they work for FCR?
would be more likely they for some scaffolding company that was called in to put up scaffolding.
just a small nit, brownstoner: the link text in your post says “Better Late Thank Never” but should read “Better Late Than Never.”
