A banner has gone up on the large, under-construction development with frontage on Boerum Place, Atlantic Avenue, and Pacific Street announcing that it will be called 225 Pacific. So far, the condo’s website says the following: “225 Pacific is a welcome addition for buyers who are looking for well-proportioned, functional and fashionable one, two and three bedroom homes. Designed to reflect pre-war architecture, it is built to blend the best of the traditional form with the conveniences of contemporary amenities. This elegant five story building will feature available parking spaces, a fitness center, storage and bicycle room, public roof top area, private roof top cabanas and a virtual doorman.” Corcoran’s going to be handling the sales.

I think you can find him on Facebook. Ask to be his friend. But don’t dare post a link here.
I miss my gas station, and my mechanic.
A lot.
better than that gas station.
5 stories at Atlantic & Boreum in Downtown Brooklyn – what a waste!
oh well, I gotta get some eyeglasses then. Not that really nice finish like the new places around corner on Dean/Boerum.
I’ve found many descriptions of Boerum Hill going to Court St, and just as many that have the boundary at Smith. I’ve also seen some that consider Boerum Place the cut-off. I guess you can call it whatever you want. I’m looking forward to seeing these completed; the other day I could see the kitchen/living room areas, because they didn’t have tint on the windows. I think this will be better than most newer projects in the area.
The facade materials look kind of cheezy, but 3 BR apts are a great idea. Definitely Boerum Hill…it usually goes to State St…and up to COurt.
Boerum Hill goes to Court Street.
And I respectfully disagree that this imitation old style is “working well”. The cast stone brownstone looks more like half-eaten red velvet cake and the brackets at the cornice are straight out of a Sheepshead Bay olde-timey McMansion catalogue. I walk by this thing frequently and it keeps getting uglier by the day.
the site is neither in Cobble Hill nor in Brooklyn Heights. it is in ANHOD (area near house of detention)
