Enthusiastic Workers at 58 Metropolitan

We were bicycling along Kent Street on Wednesday when we noticed a DOB official attaching an after-hours Stop Work Order (on the jump) to the wall of notices at 58 Metropolitan (well, that’s what the address on the order said, but it’s an aka for 80 Met), a building designed by GreenbergFarrow and developed by Steiner NYC. DOB violations aside, we’ll take it as a positive sign that there’s enough condo demand to merit after-hours work! GMAP
