Will never set foot it it. Did they mention when the affordable housing was going to be ready? We paid a few hundred million for that too.
milk already spilled. let’s just get this done already.
Come to think of it, I did attend an event something like that held at the Park Slope Armory by Macy’s after they closed A&S and opened a mediocre Macy’s branch in the building–of course they called it something else (and the Thanksgiving Day Parade balloons were awesome close-up).
g man, bob- I heard Ratner was inviting Daniel Goldstein to cut the ribbon for the opening. And their first season playing in the arena will see the Nets go to first place. 😉
Well, I MIGHT violate my pledge to attend a “we’re sorry we f*ucked Brooklyn over” event there 🙂
I heard there is going to be a “We Forgive You” event, targeted just to project opponents.
FWIW I pledge to never attend an event in this arena. There. that’ll shake the Rat and his Ruski sidekick up! After all, I actually went to Madison Square Garden ONCE in my life 🙂
omg, that is the FUGLIEST stadium I’ve ever seen. (Poor Brooklyn.) What did we do to deserve this?
