New Seven-Family Building Almost Done on 30th Street in Astoria

Here’s another new building going up on an Astoria side street: 26-46 30th Street is four stories tall and will have seven apartments in it when it’s completed, which is presumably soon. The design is similar, if just slightly better, than the newish building just to its south. You can see the building permit here….
