Building Demolition Reveals Ghost Sign on Flatbush Avenue in Park Slope

by

A ghost sign has been revealed on the corner of Flatbush and 5th Avenue in Park Slope, and Brownstoner columnist Cara Greenberg snapped some photos.

Located at 178 Flatbush Avenue across from Barclays and next to Shake Shack, the site was until recently home to a one-story commercial building.

Owner Joseph Zelik plans a two-story commercial building with offices, city records reveal. Joseph Spector of Dome Architecture and Design is designing.
