South Slope News spotted some ghost signage at 487 5th Avenue, between 11th and 12th streets. The three different signs, which look related to a long-gone grocery store, are circa 1930. A wine shop will open in the space in about two weeks. The business owners are currently working to restore the interior so that it looks the same as it did during the ’30s.
