Permits were filed last week for a five-story building in a vacant lot at 83 Rogers Avenue in Crown Heights. It’ll have 10 units spread across 7,443 square feet of residential space, as well as a shared roof deck, according to new building applications. The developer is DK Real Estate Group, which also built a four-story rental building two blocks south at 147 Rogers. Suresh Manchanda of L&C Associates is the architect of record. The 2,500-square-foot lot at the corner of Prospect Place changed hands last year for $1,200,000, according to public records. GMAP
