Facade Reveal at 46-09 11th Street

Scaffolding is coming down at 46-09 11th Street, a six-story 59-unit build between 45th Avenue and 46th Road in Long Island City. From the rendering, we expected a red brick facade — guess that’s not the case! Once all is said and done, this development will feature a fitness center, garage, storage units, bike storage and a roof deck. 20 percent of the units will be priced at affordable rates. The building should be ready for occupancy in March or April of next year.
