There’s been progress on the development on Summit Street off Columbia Street, with outlines for three adjoining buildings now visible. When we checked in on it after construction had begun a few months ago, we mistakenly thought this was a single three-unit building, but DOB permits show that three are in the works at 49, 51 and 53 Summit. So, all told, the project will result in nine units.

That makes more sense, I was thinking that those would have been really big apartments.
Not much has been going on there in the post few week though. A few cinder block walls went up, then not much else.
