Development Watch: 11 Denton Place
This development that’s happening on the short street between Carroll and 1st is slated to be a two-story home with interior renovations. There was no permit issued to demolish the previous property, but it sure is a dramatic alteration! Check out the PropertyShark photo of how it used to look on the jump. GMAP DOB

Nah, I think those are two separate projects – the place on the left is that bar f/k/a “Garfields” with the entrance on 4th Ave. Apparently it is being turned into a family style restaurant. Don’t quote me though – that’s just what one of the construction guys said.
on some blocks, permits are not required.
someguy,
Yes, seeing it in person it very much seemed like the spaces were being developed together.
I looked at this property when it was for sale 2 years ago. It was 525K and in need of a gut reno. Has the next door industrial looking property become part of the same project?
It was a proud day for me when my friend Marty Markowitz did that, even if it is the shortest street in Brooklyn.
I never knew Denton had a street named after him in Park Slope???
Looks like something that denton would do.
