Checking In On 517 and 525 Court Street

Back in 2008, we noted a couple of under-the-radar developments right down the street from the empty lot at 340 Court. Two years later, it looks like they’re all grown up. 525 Court, now listed as 523 Court (right) is a seven-story residential structure with one- and two-bedroom condominiums. According to Streeteasy units are selling at around $700 per square foot. 517 Court, on the corner of 9th street, is still in development but looks like it has topped off at the originally planned six stories.
