Like its sister townhouse project down the block, the 57-unit new building at 339 Greene Avenue in Bedford Stuyvesant has all its windows in and can’t be too far from opening for business. As far as we can tell, there are no listings up yet for either location.

  1. Meanwhile the DOB labelled this a stalled site in December and they’ve got a number of pending violations before the ECB. Notably, they noticed in December what I only spotted this week: the scaffold is *falling down.*

There is, at this moment, a guy standing in a hoodie sweatshirt (not a hard hat) under the railing which has collapsed and is all being held up by the orange nets.

  2. They have all their windows, but the ground floor is still great stacks of joint compound and looks to be a long way from finished.

They do have a banner up advertising school/day care/medical space for rent, something like 9000 square feet of it. They’re required to have some community use, it is part of how they got away with filling the lot and building 12 stories.
