Development Watch: 66 Berry Street

KSQ Architects and Essex Capital Partners have been busy at Berry and North 10th in Williamsburg. Their development at 66 Berry Street, pictured above, has been in the works since Essex bought the property in late 2005. The final structure, on a 66 by 148 foot corner lot, will be seven stories with 38 residential units and nearly 48,567 square feet. KSQ and Essex also teamed up across the street at 128 North 10th Street, which has completed most of its outer structure since we last checked in.
