I’ve been trying to understand this myself. Is this brick cheaper? Do developers like the way it looks? Do potential buyers like the way it looks? At least one of those must be true. I would LOVE to hear from someone with actual knowledge about this.
why is this UGLY brick permitted for use anywhere? why is it even made? it is so gross and so out of context in the neighborhood!
Biggest bummer about this is the way this building will kill the vibe in the awesome outdoor garden at Choice Greene.
