these guys bought this lot and started building after the market had already started to go sour. i think they probably did OK, at least relatively. the two much larger developments on greene betw franklin and classon started much earlier and i’d guess are in more trouble. they are moving ahead very slowly.

ROTFLMMFAO! “Fa la la la la…[STOP]…OMG! Where’s a chair???” In all fairness, smart money could have vultured the land and might be exploiting the collapse in construction material and labor. But I doubt it.
