Back in early March there wasn’t much more than a foundation and the start of a cinderblock wall and now look at it! We’ll reserve judgment until we see the windows, but so far…
Holy Crap! This double-wide development at 346-348 Sackett Street in Cobble Hill has really flown up in the last two months. Back in early March there wasn’t much more than a foundation and the start of a cinderblock wall and now look at it! We’ll reserve judgment until we see the windows, but so far this looks fine though we wish they’d used a lighter-colored mortar and included some windowsills and lintels.

i believe this is a barrett project (185 Huntington & President Street projects were his other latest works).
