I’ve lived in Carroll Gardens all of my life. I don’t know of anyone who finds this ugly building an asset to our neighborhood. Just look at that picture, could anything be more out of scale?

i was just crossing the foot bridge from red hook to carroll gardens and thinking “brownstoner needs to do a post on that building”. thanks for reading my mind. we can see the construction on this very well from our windows, across the BQE. there’s quite a bit of work that goes on, on the reserve side from this picture. but its been in the works for 2 years at least. looks like the exterior is almost done from this side but i don’t have any more details than that. i’d love to know if anyone else does.
