Construction Has Started at 22 Caton Place

We stopped by 22-36 Caton Place in Kensington, where construction was slated to begin in July. We spotted some rebar sticking out of the ground and a little digging. Looks like they’re starting to excavate for the basement. A tall blue plywood construction fence has gone up and equipment is in place. Developers Hudson Companies are planning a seven-story, 73-unit apartment building with a basement parking lot, a gym, children’s playroom and backyard gardens. The building will also feature a rooftop terrace with grills.
